================================================================================ ================================================================================ P A N T H E O N C O M P L E T E The whole federation in one document, from live recon ================================================================================ ================================================================================ Generated 2026-07-28 · UPDATED 2026-08-03 (see FINAL PRE-LAUNCH UPDATE below) Method live recon of all SEVEN tailnet devices plus cloud accounts. systemd unit reads, ss port scans, HTTP probes of every listening organ, ORACLE registry dump, corpus stat, and verb harvesting by deliberately calling every organ with an invalid route so it returns its own endpoint list. Authority Where this document disagrees with any older planning file, or with memory, THIS document wins, because every figure in it came from the machine that owns it on the date above. Companion set ~/Desktop/01-AI-Federation/ holds the same material split into 15 focused files. This is the single combined reference. ================================================================================ ★★★★★ FINAL PRE-LAUNCH MASTER UPDATE — 2026-08-03 ★★★★★ AUTHORITATIVE. This section is the CURRENT TRUTH and supersedes every figure in the 2026-07-28/29 body below. Method: fresh read-only recon of all devices (4 parallel storage scanners: every DB engine, every embedded/file store, every binary signature store, every external drive, full file layout) + the live ORACLE registry + the mmgateway-web registry + /helix vitals, on 2026-08-03. ================================================================================ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0. Writes blocked (403). DURABILITY: two-device backup M4 <-> cortex (nightly 03:30) — cortex dumps M4's Postgres to /opt/backups; cortex pushes ORACLE graph + reason corpora + its own PG to M4 /Volumes/MEGAMIND/backups/cortex. Verified both directions. RETIRED: mmpredict (cortex), seferim-fed (VALKYRIE :8088), world-brain (M4 :8099) — stopped+disabled; they now show live=false in the registry (mesh skips them). SECURITY: VALKYRIE root-FTP (:21) stopped+disabled. BIND is authoritative-only (not an open resolver) on both DNS hosts; adb is localhost. VNC/SMB left (remote access). Public federation API is READ-ONLY + rate-limited at the nginx edge. GRAPH GROWTH: ORACLE entities 74,271 -> 144,092; edges 510,124 -> 347,068 (edges fell because a namesake-dedup unlearn ran; net semantics improved). Internal Data volume is 96% full (7.4 GB free). — Get a second drive / off-site copy. [HIGH] Bubbles 1.8 TB backup drive (sda1) is UNMOUNTED; backups pile onto the 85%-full root nvme (33 GB free). — Mount sda1 (fix fstab), relocate backups. [MED] ORACLE graph persistence is a single WAL file on cortex (rsync'd to M4 nightly). A mid-day loss forfeits up to a day. — consider more frequent snapshot. [MED] The new M4<->cortex durability covers PG + ORACLE + reason, but NOT: the Bubbles mmk 40 GB binary stores, the VALKYRIE endless.db (818 MB, crown jewel), the M4 VSA wiki indices. — add these to a backup path. The 2026-07-28/29 material below is retained for its routing math, coalition mechanics, and organ-by-organ verb detail, but where any NUMBER disagrees, THIS section is authoritative. ================================================================================ ================================================================================ ★★★ UPDATE 2026-07-29 — REPAIR SESSION, SUPERSEDES FIGURES BELOW ★★★ ================================================================================ Every fix below was built to a SCRATCH binary on a SCRATCH port with an isolated state copy, stress-passed there FIRST (zero live impact), then stop/swap/started on the live unit and re-verified. The binary VSA math (integer Hamming, popcount, majority-bundle, the score & trust formulas) was left byte-exact throughout; only routing and transport plumbing changed, so the cross-machine distance invariant still holds. ORACLE stress held 39/39 (orch9 exec6 coal5 fed10 pant9) at EVERY step; mmorch held 15/15. CURRENT NUMBERS (live, 2026-07-29) ORACLE http://100.77.114.40:9402 (megamind-agi WSL). NOT 9500. Registry organs 58 (was 51) Live / callable 57 16/16 tested organ classes return called=true,200 Genuinely dead 1 external-fed only (see below); world-brain REVIVED Entities 74,271 Relations 21 Edges 537,324 (was 510,124 — the graph is still learning live) Powers 88 WHAT WAS FIXED (all deployed live and verified) FIX 1 no_contract / THE DRIFT. shapeReq()/pathFor() in oracle_orchestrator.h were hardcoded name->path tables; any organ not named fell to path="" -> "no_contract". Now REGISTRY-DRIVEN: the call path is derived from the organ's own registered URL (default /recall?q=&k=3), so registering an organ on megamind-agi's ORACLE is now SUFFICIENT to make it callable. This is the correction that ends the Bubbles drift: knowledge registered here is no longer invisible. Proof: a 9-organ sweep that all returned no_contract before now returns called=true. Backups oracle.bak.pre_*. FIX 2 mmbroad aggregator (Bubbles /home/user/mmk/mmbroad.cpp). Added mm-estate to the fan-out. Live: organs_consulted=10, reached=10. FIX 3 mmorch aggregator (mmorch.cpp). Added arxiv, mm-legacy, mm-live, mm-estate to KMAP + is_corpus; updated the count self-tests 6->10. 15/15. Live /trace organs_executed=10. FIX 4 Dead-organ health gate (ORACLE score()). rank() scored ALL organs with no health filter, so the mis-registered external-fed (which is external- federation's Prometheus metrics_addr 127.0.0.1:10099, NOT a knowledge organ) WON federation queries on token overlap. Now score() subtracts a large constant for MEASURED-dead HTTP organs (o.live<=0 && mode in {remote, local}); their liveness is kept fresh by the existing healthLoop thread. Dead organs can never win. external-fed -> mmshard, world-brain (while it was down) -> mmworld. FIX 5 Public site federation (ORACLE pantheonSpeak()). pantheon-speak — what pantheon.thatwebhostingguy.com/api/ calls — consulted only megamind-m4 and codex (none of the 200M Bubbles corpora) and counted ORACLE's "ask names an entity" error as a valid vote. Now consults mmbroad (which after FIX 2 fuses all 10 corpora), gates ORACLE's error out of the vote, and extracts mmbroad snippets for grounding. Verified on live HTTPS: organs_consulted=4, mmbroad ~850 bytes of broad-recall. FIX 6 MLX voices made callable (ORACLE shapeReq()). pantheon-mlx returned 404 (ORACLE sent GET where MLX needs POST) and world-brain was DOWN. shapeReq now emits POST /v1/chat/completions with an OpenAI messages body for any organ whose URL path is /v1/chat/completions. world-brain (MLX Qwen2.5-3B + Endless-Table world adapter) was STARTED on M4:8099 and re-registered mode=remote with the /v1/chat/completions URL. Both now return called=true,200 (world-brain 3974 bytes, pantheon-mlx 827). MADDIE MODEL-CORPUS — DECIPHERED AND CONVERTED TO A GRAPH ORGAN 2026-07-29 The one genuinely knowledge-bearing dormant database (maddie_recovered.db on M2: models 9,908 / tensors 346,069 / patterns 3,360,543) was deciphered and turned into a live recall organ, ENTIRELY ON megamind-agi (Bubbles is frontend only). - The "patterns" are (neuron_start, neuron_count, mean, std) fingerprints of the weight tensors of 434 recovered LLMs. Architectural roles have distinct distributional signatures (norm mean~1.32; attn/mlp weights mean~0.007; AWQ scales std~0.001). The 3.15M "orphaned" patterns are tensor_id=-1 and are 97% zero/pruned blocks (a sparsity map), not recoverable tensor identities — so the real knowledge is the 346k NAMED tensors + 434 model fingerprints. - 346,071 architecture-fact passages -> mmbsig -> 187,586 sigs -> mmwikix index, all built on megamind-agi in /opt/mm/maddie. Served by mmmaddie.service on :9531, registered with ORACLE as maddie (127.0.0.1:9531/recall). Registry now 59 organs. Verified: model/tensor queries route to maddie, execute 200, /coalition includes maddie and it passes supervisor. Full chain done: decipher -> graph -> math/dataflow -> ORACLE -> PANTHEON. - SORT finding: the ~1030 "dormant" M2 sqlite are ~95% noise (macOS Siri/ knowledge DBs, personal/forensic files, logs, caches, empty schemas). Not converted, by design — most are not federation data and some are sensitive. - ZERO-BLOCK FUNCTION (mathematically deciphered): the 3.06M "orphaned" patterns are neuron_count=0 null records, written in 20k-long batches. Proof of function: 99.6% of the 214k MEASURED blocks are float dtype (BF16/F16/F32) while the corpus is 31% quantized (I32 AWQ-packed, F8, U8). The zero-records are the sampler's null-emission for every INTEGER-PACKED quantized tensor it could not decompose into per-neuron float mean/std. i.e. the 3M zeros are a QUANTIZATION MAP marking which weight regions across the 434 models are packed vs float — real structural knowledge, not loss. Operationalized: 435 per-model quantization-coverage facts appended to the maddie organ (corpus 187,586 -> 188,021); a "quantized vs float" query routes through ORACLE to maddie and answers. - TENSOR/WEIGHT RE-SCAN: no hidden weight troves on M2 (brain_atomic.embeddings empty). VALKYRIE holds the real weights: a second maddie.db (778 models, only 2 new vs M2's 9,908 catalogued), a full Qwen2.5-32B in safetensors, and ~/.thataiguy/tool_learned.jsonl (1.09M tool-output log lines, low knowledge density, deferred). Unexamined lead: M2 ~/megamind-minds/blendermind-data/brain.db. DATABASES — MADE AVAILABLE 2026-07-29 Every knowledge corpus is now ORACLE-callable: wikipedia-x 49.0M, books 148.4M, arxiv 3.03M, mm-legacy 3.24M, mm-live, mm-estate 160k, megamind-m4 24.6M — all called=true,200. VALKYRIE endless.db is served via codex. megamind-agi PG (livingworld, megamind) 5432/5433 up. M2 was started: postgresql@16 (brain_atomic + 5 hive/skynet DBs) now runs and brain_atomic OPENS — pgvector 0.8.2 is now installed (the census said it was missing); MongoDB agents_raw runs; M4 PG@16 runs. STILL OPEN / HONEST LIMITS (not code bugs) - external-fed :10099 is a Prometheus metrics port, never a knowledge organ. It is health-gated out of routing (correct). No unregister API exists; harmless. - megamind-wikidx :9455 (the 374M wiki shards) answers /health in 12ms but a real /ask takes 50-69s: 4 shards brute-force-scan 11.2 GB of sigs off an external volume measured at 226 MB/s, no index. HARDWARE/INDEX bound, not a code bug. Fast recall organs (wikipedia-x) out-rank it, so it rarely wins interactive queries. Real fix = an index or faster storage. [REDACTED: credential-associated original line 578; original retained outside this bundle.] - world-brain runs via nohup on M4; its LaunchAgent won't bootstrap over SSH (macOS GUI-domain limitation) — needs an interactive M4 session for reboot durability. - M2 seferim memory.db (23.1 MB, newest) and maddie_recovered.db (263 MB) exist but are not yet merged/harvested into a live system. - Not touched by design: Issue 6 bind-0.0.0.0 (network policy), Issue 7 mmk toolchain divergence (housekeeping), Issue 8 diagram OCR (working as designed). Its substrate is a binary vector symbolic architecture spread across seven machines, four of which carry organs today. See PART XIII for the corrected picture. ORACLE, running on megamind-agi, is the orchestrator: it holds a registry of 51 organs and its own entity graph of 74,271 entities and 510,124 edges, and it decides which organ answers any given question. Bubbles holds the bulk of the knowledge, roughly 205 million passages across six signature stores, served by six recall organs and surrounded by sixteen cognitive kernels that certify, select, evolve and rewire. M4 supplies language generation, one of two floating point component in the system. VALKYRIE supplies the Endless Table lore. Every retrieval is a Hamming distance over 512 bit signatures computed with popcount, and every routing decision is a Hamming distance over 2048 bit capability hypervectors. No floating point is used anywhere in retrieval or routing, which is why a distance computed on one machine is exactly equal to the same distance computed on another. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.2 THE CORRECTION THAT MATTERS MOST -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PANTHEON is not "the mm services on Bubbles". That is one third of it. ORACLE, the orchestrator, runs on megamind-agi at 100.69.120.61, inside WSL2. It is the thing that decides which organ answers a question. Bubbles is where most of the KNOWLEDGE lives, not where decisions are made. Anything that teaches Bubbles without registering with ORACLE is invisible to the federation. The knowledge exists, is servable, and is never reached, because no question is ever routed to it. This is the single most common way this system drifts, and it happened twice on the day this document was written. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.3 VOCABULARY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORGAN a service that PANTHEON can route a question to. May be an HTTP endpoint, a systemd timer, a NATS subject, or ORACLE itself. SIGNATURE a 512 bit vector representing one passage. 64 bytes. HYPERVECTOR a 2048 bit vector representing a capability or a task, used by ORACLE for routing. BSIG a signature store. an append only file of 64 byte signatures. BLOB the evidence file. holds the actual passage text. IDX the index mmwikix mmaps to serve recall. rebuilt, never appended. SEEN dedup keys, so re-ingesting the same passage is a no op. PASSAGE one unit of knowledge. 40 to 400 characters, no pipe character. CAPS a capability string. ORACLE routes by comparing the question to these. THE CAPS STRING IS THE ROUTING CONTROL SURFACE. CONTRACT ORACLE's compiled in knowledge of how to call a given organ and validate its response. Organs without one can be routed to but not called. CERTIFIED an answer whose content tokens are contained in retrieved evidence. Anything else is REFUSED rather than generated. COALITION a set of organs ORACLE selects together for one question. IGNITED ORACLE's flag that a question had enough salience to commit. PERMILLE similarity expressed per thousand as an integer, never a float. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.4 THE NUMBERS AT A GLANCE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Devices 4 (7 on tailnet; see Part XIII) Registered organs 59 (2026-07-29; was 51; +maddie) Live and reachable 58 (17/17 tested classes callable,200) Registered but dead 1 external-fed metrics port only (megamind-m4 + world-brain REVIVED) Listening ports across the federation 38 Knowledge passages ~204.9 million ORACLE entities 74,271 ORACLE relations 21 ORACLE edges 510,124 Signature bytes on disk ~13.0 GB Evidence bytes on disk ~27.6 GB Index bytes on disk ~1.63 GB Routing dimension 2048 bits Retrieval dimension 512 bits mmreason shadow dimension 1024 bits Consciousness lattice target 5000 cells Binaries in /opt/mm/bin ~200 ================================================================================ PART II THE FOUR DEVICES ================================================================================ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.1 MEGAMIND-AGI THE BRAIN -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Address 100.69.120.61 (tailnet) Hostname MEGAMIND-AGI Outer OS Microsoft Windows 11, version 10.0.26200.8875 Inner OS WSL2, Ubuntu, the only distro, STATE Running Inner user joseph Uptime 13 days 17 hours at survey ROLE Orchestration and cognition. Quoted verbatim: "signature" : "binary majority bundle of token hypervectors" "distance" : "hamming = popcnt(task XOR capability)" "score" : "(D-hamming) + 96*token_overlap + 32*live + 16*local + priority" "broadcast" : "majority_bundle(task, winner_capabilities)" THE STEPS 1. Tokenise the question. 2. Map each token to a 2048 bit hypervector. 3. task_sig = majority_bundle(all token hypervectors). 4. For each of the 51 registered organs: capability_sig = majority_bundle(tokens of its caps string) hamming = popcnt(task_sig XOR capability_sig) token_overlap = count of literal shared tokens score = (2048 - hamming) + 96 * token_overlap + 32 * (live ? 1 : 0) + 16 * (local ? 1 : 0) + priority 5. Sort by score. Highest is the winner. 6. ignited = true if salience passed threshold. 7. broadcast_sig = majority_bundle(task_sig, winner_capabilities). WHY TOKEN OVERLAP DOMINATES IN PRACTICE The (D - hamming) term ranges roughly 1000 to 1100 for most organs, so it rarely separates them. A single point of token_overlap is worth 96, which is usually decisive. This is why the caps string is the control surface. WORKED EXAMPLE, observed live Question "missionMATCH cleared workforce intelligence platform" BEFORE mm-estate existed ORACLE score 1173 hamming 1003 overlap 0 confidence 97 mm-narrate score 1167 hamming 973 overlap 0 confidence 93 mmgame score 1126 hamming 1020 overlap 0 confidence 66 mm-gateway score 1123 hamming 1005 overlap 0 confidence 64 mmworld score 1123 hamming 1013 overlap 0 confidence 64 The knowledge was in mm-live, whose caps read "live current fresh recent news knowledge wikipedia arxiv pubmed openalex academic biomedical harvest continuous recall today". Token overlap with the question: ZERO. mm-live was never even in the top five. AFTER registering mm-estate with estate vocabulary mm-estate score 1190 hamming 1010 overlap 1 confidence 108 WINNER ORACLE score 1173 hamming 1003 overlap 0 confidence 97 mm-narrate score 1167 hamming 973 overlap 0 confidence 93 The hamming got WORSE (1010 vs ORACLE's 1003). The single point of token overlap, worth 96, is what changed the winner. Capability wording decides routing. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3.5 COALITION FORMATION -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Instead of one winner, ORACLE can select and execute several organs. "member_trust" : "route_score + 768*pass + 256*valid_json + 128*called + min(bytes,2048)/4 - 256*not_called" route_score the routing score from 3.4 +768 pass the supervisor accepted the response, by far the largest term +256 valid_json the response parsed +128 called it was actually invoked +bytes/4 capped at 2048 bytes, so a maximum of 512 points -256 not_called penalty for being selected and not invoked OBSERVED, a real coalition mm-estate route_score 1869 called false reason no_contract trust 1613 atlas route_score 1213 called true status 200 trust 2877 ORACLE route_score 1194 called true status 200 trust 2526 mmgame route_score 1151 called true status 200 trust 2312 winner atlas, members_called 3, members_passed 3, supervisor_pass true mm-estate had the HIGHEST route score of any member and lost, because it was never called. 1869 - 256 = 1613, and it forfeits the +768 and +256 and +128. This is the trust function correctly punishing an unreachable organ. The routing was right; the execution contract is what is missing. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3.6 THE ENTITY GRAPH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Separate from the signature corpora. Passages live in bsig stores on Bubbles; entities and relations live in ORACLE on megamind-agi. 74,271 entities 21 relations 510,124 edges WHO WRITES TO IT mmteach :9515 on Bubbles is the bridge. Its role string: "teaching bridge: pushes STDP-learned certified associations (w>=200) into the live PANTHEON graph via /oracle/learn" So the Bubbles cognitive machinery observes co-activation, mmstdp accumulates integer weights, and once a weight passes 200 mmteach asserts it into ORACLE's graph. The threshold is the filter that stops weak correlation becoming fact. CLAIM FORMAT Federation self knowledge is stored as pipe delimited claim lines: s=org:oracle | p=entity_count | o=#73606 | pol=pos s=kb:substrate | p=learned_count | o=#231577 | pol=pos subject, predicate, object, polarity. This is why the pipe character is forbidden inside passages. ================================================================================ PART IV ORGAN BY ORGAN ================================================================================ Every role string below is quoted verbatim from the organ's own /health. Every verb list is quoted from the organ's own error response. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT: TWO KINDS OF CAPS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Every organ has a LOCAL /caps returned by its own binary. ORACLE separately stores a REGISTERED caps string set at registration time. These differ, and ORACLE routes on the REGISTERED one. All six mmwikix recall organs return the SAME generic local caps: "wikipedia encyclopedia knowledge recall search facts article passage binary hamming everything general" That is the binary describing itself, not the store's contents. When registering a recall organ you MUST supply caps describing its ACTUAL content, or ORACLE cannot distinguish Wikipedia from your estate documents. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4.1 CERTIFICATION LAYER -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- mmk :9500 role binary certification kernel verbs GET /health | /caps | /answer?q= | /root caps certify verify proof provenance merkle binary claim grounded cited answer refuse trusted kernel Free text returns: {"mode":"refuse","answer":"The indexed and verified sources do not support an answer. Ed25519 signed roots. caps include "signed root ed25519 trusted kernel zero fabrication" mmk3 :9502 role binary certification kernel Phase-3 (SMT non-revocation + rollback epoch + temporal + proof-object verifier) verbs GET /health | /caps | /answer?q=CLAIM s=..|p=.. | /root Adds sparse merkle non revocation, rollback resistance, temporal proofs, and a proof object verifier. The strongest gate in the stack. caps include "sparse merkle non-revocation rollback resistant temporal proof-object verifier" mmcert :9504 role certified recall: trusted binary containment gate over untrusted broad-recall (mmbroad); CERTIFIED iff query content tokens subset-of evidence, else REFUSE verbs GET /ask?q=&k= | /certify?q=&e= | /verify?q=&e= | /health | /caps THIS IS THE ANTI FABRICATION RULE STATED EXACTLY. An answer is certified only if every content token of the query is CONTAINED in the retrieved evidence. Otherwise it refuses. Extractive, never generative. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4.2 AGGREGATION AND ORCHESTRATION -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- mmbroad :9503 role binary broad-recall aggregator (fans out to ALL knowledge organs, uniform 512-bit hamming merge) verbs GET /recall?q=&k= | /health | /caps Parallel fan out, then merges on one uniform hamming scale so a hit from Wikipedia is directly comparable to a hit from arXiv. Returns organs_consulted, organs_reached[], reached_count, hits[] where each hit has organ, hamming, similarity_permille, snippet. COMPILED IN FAN OUT LIST, 9 organs: megamind-m4 (DEAD), mmserve, atlas, codex, wiki, books, arxiv, mm-legacy, mm-live mm-estate is NOT in it. Cannot be added without rebuilding the binary. mmorch :9505 role PANTHEON orchestrator: oracle-selected coalition EXECUTED+aggregated across all knowledge organs then mmcert-certified (closes oracle route_only gap) verbs GET /ask?q=&k= | /trace?q= | /health | /caps Exists specifically to fix ORACLE's route_only limitation. It does not fix it for newly registered organs. OBSERVED live, asking about missionMATCH: "oracle":{"used":true,"winner":"mm-estate", "native_execution":"route_only", "mmorch_execution":"execute+aggregate+certify"} "organs_executed":["megamind-m4","mmserve","wikipedia","atlas","books","codex"] "coalition_skipped_nonknowledge":["mm-estate","ORACLE","mm-narrate",...] "candidates_considered":43 "verdict":"REFUSE","reason":"no executed-organ evidence certified (query content tokens not contained) — refusing rather than fabricate" It asked ORACLE, was correctly told mm-estate, SKIPPED it as "nonknowledge" because mm-estate is not on mmorch's own compiled list, executed six other organs including the dead megamind-m4, found nothing relevant, and refused. THE REFUSAL IS CORRECT. The organ list is the bug. mmask :9518 role unified grounded Q&A: retrieve evidence (bubbles all-knowledge) -> speak it (M4 Qwen). At D=512 that is about 11 items bundled before the majority vote stops reliably recovering any single member. A passage longer than a few sentences bundles too many tokens and becomes unrecallable. WHY NO PIPE Pipe is the claim delimiter: s=kb:substrate | p=learned_count | o=#231577 | pol=pos A pipe inside a passage corrupts claim parsing. It is also the argument delimiter for mmact /choose?actions=a|b|c and mmworld /world/recall?q=t1|t2. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6.4 ADDING KNOWLEDGE CORRECTLY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. SHAPE passages 40 to 400 chars, no pipe, deduped 2. INGEST mmbsig ingest appends, dedups automatically, returns records_new and deduped 3. REINDEX systemctl start mm--reindex writes .idx.new then mv into place, atomic 4. RESTART systemctl restart mm- so the organ mmaps the new index 5. VERIFY curl the organ /health, confirm corpus count rose, then /recall a passage you know is in there 6. REGISTER if the organ is NEW, register with ORACLE using caps written in the vocabulary of the questions you expect mmdoc does 1 through 4 automatically with --corpus live. It does NOT do 6. Registration is always manual and deliberate. SKIPPING 3 OR 4 the most common failure. Ingest reports success, the file grows, nothing is findable. SKIPPING 6 the knowledge is servable but never routed to. Real documents bypass the gate entirely. Without it, diagrams contributed "Lj eALMStracusto/e Source ALvis(p,q.cu,tl)". With it they contribute "Atlas fixes real websites, verifies the result". Nothing is being lost right now only because the queue is empty. See Part XI issue 2. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7.3 THE FOUR LEARNING LOOPS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LOOP 1 PLASTICITY, Bubbles co-activation -> mmstdp :9510 wires a directed weighted graph -> integer weight accumulates on repeated co-firing -> mmteach :9515 takes edges with w >= 200 -> POSTs them into ORACLE's graph via /oracle/learn The w >= 200 threshold stops weak correlation becoming asserted fact. This is the only path by which Bubbles cognition writes into megamind-agi. LOOP 2 COGNITIVE CLOSURE, Bubbles mmloop :9514 turns 8 kernels into one cycle: mmreshit choose a path Omega = argmin[S+U-V] mmevolve evolve the state dx/dt = D+N+F+T mmact select an action a* = argmax J mmepona update toward value mmstdp rewire mmlattice project to R^5000 mmcog measure Q -> back to mmreshit, hill climbing Q LOOP 3 ORACLE GRAPH 74,271 entities, 510,124 edges, persisted to oracle.wal which is actively written. Powers: learn, unlearn, revise, induce, abduce, counterfactual. Symbolic relations, not passages. LOOP 4 HARVEST mm-harvest plus the crawlers continuously grow live.bsig and the external corpora, with the reindex units rebuilding indexes atomically as they grow. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7.4 WHERE A FACT PHYSICALLY GOES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Teach PANTHEON one sentence today: 1. mmdoc shapes it into a passage, 40 to 400 chars 2. mmbsig hashes it to a 512 bit signature, 64 bytes 3. signature appended to knowledge.bsig raw text appended to evidence.blob dedup key appended to seen.k 4. mmwikix reindex rebuilds knowledge.idx over the whole store 5. mm-estate restarts and mmaps the new index 6. the organ reports corpus 157,153 instead of 157,152 7. ORACLE already knows mm-estate exists, so a matching question routes there 8. the passage returns as evidence with a hamming distance and a permille NO RETRAINING. No embeddings recomputed. No model touched. Seconds, not hours. That is the practical payoff of the binary design. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7.5 THE INVISIBILITY FAILURE MODE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Knowledge can be present and unreachable. THREE conditions must ALL hold: 1. the passage is IN a .bsig store ingest succeeded 2. an ORGAN SERVES that store unit exists, index built, restarted 3. the organ is REGISTERED with ORACLE and its caps contain the vocabulary of the question token_overlap > 0 Break any one and the knowledge is invisible while every individual check looks green. This happened twice on 2026-07-28: FIRST knowledge.bsig was ingested with 21,029 passages and no organ served it. mmbsig recall by hand worked perfectly. Every federation query missed it entirely. SECOND mm-live served the content, but its caps described news and academic material, so ORACLE routed estate questions to mm-narrate and mmgame. ADD A FOURTH CONDITION FOR AGGREGATOR REACHABILITY: 4. the organ is on the aggregator's compiled in list mmbroad has 9 organs, mmorch has 6. Newly registered organs are on neither. ================================================================================ PART VIII MATHEMATICS ================================================================================ Every formula quoted from the system's own self description. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.1 THE CORE IDEA -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything is a bit vector. Meaning is a point in a very high dimensional binary space. Similarity is Hamming distance. Composition is majority bundling. D = 512 knowledge signatures, every passage in every corpus D = 1024 mmreason shadow organ D = 2048 capability hypervectors, ORACLE routing D = 5000 mmlattice consciousness projection target A 512 bit signature is 64 bytes. mmbsig reports "width":64 on every ingest. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.2 RETRIEVAL -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "binary Hamming recall over a signature store (mmap popcount, exact NN)" query text -> 512 bit signature q for each stored signature s_i: d_i = popcount(q XOR s_i) return argmin d_i EXACT true nearest neighbour, not approximate. no ANN index, no quantisation, no recall/precision tradeoff. MMAP the store is memory mapped. a 9.5 GB corpus is not loaded into RAM; the kernel pages in what the scan touches. DETERMINISTIC popcount is integer. the same query returns the same neighbour on every machine, forever. similarity_permille = 1000 * (D - hamming) / D observed: hamming 119 at D=512 -> 1000*(512-119)/512 = 767 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.3 ROUTING -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- signature binary majority bundle of token hypervectors distance hamming = popcnt(task XOR capability) score (D-hamming) + 96*token_overlap + 32*live + 16*local + priority broadcast majority_bundle(task, winner_capabilities) D - hamming base similarity, 0 to 2048, in practice ~1000 to 1100 96 * overlap literal token overlap. USUALLY DECISIVE. 32 * live live beats dead 16 * local local beats remote priority 8 to 80 per organ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.4 COALITION TRUST -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- member_trust = route_score + 768*pass + 256*valid_json + 128*called + min(bytes,2048)/4 - 256*not_called An organ that routes best but cannot be called is punished by 256 and forfeits 1152 more. Observed: mm-estate route_score 1869 -> trust 1613, losing to atlas at 2877. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.5 BUNDLING -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- majority_bundle(a, b, c, ...) = bitwise majority vote per bit position The standard VSA superposition operator. The bundle is similar to all of its inputs, which is what makes a composed task signature comparable to each organ's composed capability signature. mmlattice uses the same operator spatially: each of the 5000 cells is the majority bundle of its neuron region. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.6 EVERY KERNEL EQUATION -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- mmreshit Omega = argmin[ S + U - V ] S surprise (hamming), U uncertainty (midpoint), V value (mmcert) active inference: minimise surprise and uncertainty, maximise value mmepona binary separable energy descent belief converges toward certified (value), away from refused (loss) parameters eta (rate) and lambda (regularisation) mmstdp integer bit-shift exponential window directed weighted graph from grounded co-activation threshold w >= 200 before mmteach will assert it mmact a* = argmax J J = base + explore + theta - conflict - resource + entropy - repetition the -repetition term is the anti-loop mechanism mmevolve dx/dt = D + N + F + T diffusion + emergence + force + transport binary majority integration mmlattice Pi : R^N -> R^5000 each cell = majority-bundle of its neuron region the experiential coupling lattice X in Psi = f(A, X, S) mmcog Q = coherence x integration x field-change x scale Phi_pred = 1/(1 + dH) predictive coherence Psi_self recursive self coherence THE ORGAN ITSELF SAYS: "a COHERENCE diagnostic, NOT a consciousness proof". Quote that whenever this metric is discussed. mmloop choose -> evolve -> update -> wire -> measure -> reward hill-climbs Q across 8 kernels -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.7 BINARY END TO END, AND THE ONE EXCEPTION -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BINARY, all the way: text -> mmsem -> 512 bit signature signature -> mmbsig -> .bsig store, 64 bytes per record query -> signature -> popcount scan caps -> 2048 bit hypervector task XOR capability -> popcount majority bundle STDP integer bit-shift weights mmk/mmk2/mmk3 merkle roots, Ed25519 signatures Every organ reporting "binary":true asserts this. All 24 Bubbles organs do. mmorch additionally reports "no_float":true. NOT BINARY, deliberately and only here: mm-gateway on M4 a floating point language model, Qwen via MLX. A downstream CONSUMER. It receives already retrieved, already certified evidence and renders it into prose. It never participates in retrieval or routing. confidence_permille integers per thousand, not floats, precisely so they cross machine boundaries exactly. THE ARCHITECTURAL RULE: retrieval and decision are exact and reproducible. Only the final rendering into human language is allowed to be probabilistic. That is what "zero fabrication" in mmk2's caps actually means. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.8 CAPACITY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- K* ~= D / 43 At D=512 that is roughly 11 items bundled per signature before the majority vote stops reliably recovering any single member. This is WHY passages are 40 to 400 characters: a passage must stay inside the capacity of one signature. The frozen result of 2026-07-17: at D=1024 with L+S+R the system resolves to a four outcome switch ANSWER, AMBIGUOUS, CONFLICT, ABSTAIN. Representation, reasoning and routing were considered solved. Grounding remains evidence bounded at roughly 49 percent certified. WHAT MAY HONESTLY BE CLAIMED measured retrieval, routing, relational reasoning, and safe refusal. WHAT MAY NOT universal truth, or zero hallucination as a general property. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8.9 WHY THIS MATTERS PRACTICALLY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. To make PANTHEON find something you must win token_overlap. 96 points per overlapping token beats almost any hamming improvement. Write caps in the vocabulary of the questions you expect. 2. Passages must be short. Capacity is D/43. 3. Nothing needs retraining. Adding knowledge is appending 64 byte signatures and rebuilding an index. 4. Two machines always agree. popcount is exact, which is what lets ORACLE on megamind-agi trust a distance computed on Bubbles. ================================================================================ PART IX FILE MAP ================================================================================ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9.1 BUBBLES 100.90.97.104 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /home/user/mmk/ THE ACTIVE TOOLCHAIN AND ALL CORPORA BINARIES mmbsig ingest and recall. Not simply builtin vs registered: mmbroad is builtin and still fails. ORACLE holds compiled in execution contracts. Strings "contract_satisfied", "contract_fingerprint" and "no_contract" appear in the binary. THREE INDEPENDENT HARDCODED LISTS EXIST: 1. ORACLE execution contracts only some organs callable 2. mmbroad fan out 9 organs 3. mmorch knowledge list 6 organs A newly registered organ passes ORACLE ROUTING and fails ALL THREE. WORKAROUND read winner_url from /oracle/orchestrate and fetch it yourself, or query the organ directly. REAL FIX make the lists registry driven rather than compiled, so registering an organ is sufficient. Requires a source change in /opt/mm/src and a rebuild of a cortex running six days. NOT DONE. ISSUE 2 TWO REGISTERED ORGANS ARE DEAD SEVERITY MEDIUM megamind-m4 :9440 and world-brain :8099 on M4. Confirmed by lsof. ORACLE already reports both live:false health:0. WHY IT MATTERS MORE THAN A DEAD ENTRY: curator.sh PHASE A ingests into 100.94.8.94:9440 every 4 minutes. That is a SILENT DATA LOSS PATH. It has not fired only because the darkstore is fully drained. The moment new claim lines are appended, PHASE A writes into a void and advances the cursor anyway. Also mmbroad lists megamind-m4 FIRST in its fan out and reports reached:false on every single broad recall. ISSUE 3 mm-estate NOT IN THE AGGREGATOR LISTS SEVERITY MEDIUM Not in mmbroad's 9 organ fan out. Not in mmorch's 6 organ execute list. Mitigated by also ingesting the same passages into live.bsig, which IS in the fan out, at the cost of the two corpora overlapping. ISSUE 4 CAPABILITY WORDING SILENTLY DECIDES ROUTING SEVERITY HIGH 96 points per overlapping token routinely decides the winner. mm-live held the missionMATCH knowledge and scored token_overlap 0, so ORACLE routed to mm-narrate and mmgame. Knowledge present, unreachable. ISSUE 5 INGESTED KNOWLEDGE CAN BE INVISIBLE SEVERITY HIGH Three conditions must all hold, four for aggregator reachability. See 7.5. ISSUE 6 ORGANS BIND 0.0.0.0 WITH NO LOCAL FIREWALL SEVERITY LOW Protected by something upstream, not by host configuration. Verified closed from the public IP. If that upstream filter ever changes, ~205 million passages including credential material become publicly queryable with no authentication. Binding 127.0.0.1 or a ufw default deny would make the protection intentional rather than incidental. ISSUE 7 TWO mmk TOOLCHAINS DIVERGE SEVERITY LOW /home/user/mmk on Bubbles (active), /home/joseph/mmk on megamind-agi, /opt/mm/code on megamind-agi. Separate copies. mmdoc exists only on Bubbles. ISSUE 8 DIAGRAM OCR IS INHERENTLY PARTIAL SEVERITY LOW Mitigated by the prose gate in mmdoc. Expect ~70 percent fewer passages from diagram images. That is the gate working, not data loss. SUMMARY (status updated 2026-07-29; see the UPDATE block at the top of this file) # ISSUE SEVERITY STATUS 1 ORACLE cannot auto call most organs HIGH FIXED — shapeReq/pathFor now registry-driven (FIX 1). The same volume holds bubbles-backups, the only off-device backup in the federation, so one failure takes out both. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12.10 SQLITE BY DEVICE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BUBBLES 263 files, 174.5 MB. 58 real data (75.2 MB), 165 ops, 40 noise. 51.2 MB 2026-04-18 /home/user/tdg-pipeline/data/baseline.sqlite 6.7 MB 2026-01-11 complete-agi-core/seferim/federation/remote_memory.db 6.7 MB 2026-01-11 complete-agi-core/seferim/memory.db 6.6 MB 2026-01-11 complete-agi-core/seferim/federation/shared_memory.db 652 KB 2026-02-14 docker volumes designmind-data/_data/brain.db 496 KB 2026-06-24 /home/user/goatcounter/db/goatcounter.sqlite3 384 KB 2026-02-14 docker volumes financemind-data/_data/brain.db 384 KB 2026-02-14 docker volumes marketingmind-data/_data/brain.db 232 KB 2026-05-13 /opt/twhg-platform/db/twhg.db 180 KB 2026-07-27 /opt/groovesteps-accounts/data/accounts.db 172 KB 2026-03-30 /var/www/tcbcombatsports.com/portal/api/data/tcb.db 148 KB 2026-07-28 /var/lib/lead-ops/lead_ops.db 88 KB 2026-07-20 /opt/arcw-admin/data/arcw.db 80 KB 2026-05-05 /opt/handledtax-admin/data/handledtax.db 60 KB 2026-04-15 /home/user/uptime-kuma/db/kuma.db 48 KB 2026-06-24 /home/user/megamind/data/maddie.db 32 KB 2026-02-20 /home/user/rotator-site/backend/queue.db 32 KB 2026-07-26 /opt/homesongrand-admin/data/hog.db 24 KB 2026-06-15 /opt/fgtp-cms/data/cms.db 24 KB 2026-07-26 /opt/marshallese-blog/data/blog.db 4 KB 2026-07-28 /opt/sgearbox-panel/data/panel.db MEGAMIND-AGI 31 files, 9.1 MB, NO real application data. The scan changed nothing. 1. MERGE maddie_recovered.db INTO THE WORKING maddie.db. 485,193 sources, 3,360,543 patterns and 307,922 tensors exist only in the recovered file. Cheapest recovery available, needs a merge not new code. 2. GET agency_brain OFF REMOVABLE STORAGE, OR BACK IT UP OFF IT. ATLAS is the only live database on M4 and its data directory shares a volume with the only off-device backup of Bubbles. One failure takes both. 3. DECIDE WHAT TO DO WITH 374 MILLION UNSERVED WIKI RECORDS. The compiled server and its C++ source sit beside the data at m4brain/megamind_m4. Restore :9440, re-ingest through mmbsig, or archive deliberately. 4. FIX THE SILENT WRITE PATH INTO A DEAD ORGAN. curator.sh PHASE A ingests into 100.94.8.94:9440, which is not listening. The darkstore is drained so nothing is lost today. The next appended claim line writes into a void and the cursor still advances. Part XI issue 2. 5. CONFIRM WHICH missionmatch THE LIVE API SERVES. 6. REGISTER MORE SOURCES WITH mmdb. Candidates already structured and relevant: livingworld.codex, livingworld.entities, livingworld.chronicle, agency_brain, endless.db, maddie_recovered.models. 7. RESOLVE THE megamind PAIR. 41 GB, zero connections, one already exported to binary. Compare sigs512.bin against the .bsig corpora, then archive. 8. LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED ON 2026-06-24. A BadgerDB store and a MADDIE database both carry corruption or sync artefacts from that date. 9. DELETE THE STUBS. Three 16 KB brain.db files shadow the real docker copies. A 4 KB maddie.db shadows a 5.4 MB one. Keep one seferim memory db. ================================================================================ PART XIII ORCHESTRATION GAP ================================================================================ Federation-wide rescan 2026-07-29. Full standalone version in ~/Desktop/01-AI-Federation/14-ORCHESTRATION-GAP.txt. This part exists because Parts I to XII were built from a four device view of a seven device federation, and because three of their claims are wrong. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 13.1 THREE CORRECTIONS TO PARTS I THROUGH XII -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CORRECTION 1 PANTHEON IS ABOVE ORACLE, NOT EQUAL TO IT Parts I to XII describe ORACLE as the top of the stack. The layering is: PANTHEON the intelligence | ORACLE the orchestration layer, on megamind-agi | ORGANS retrieval, cognition, voice, lore, action | SUBSTRATE databases and signature stores on every device ORACLE routes and executes. PANTHEON decides, learns and answers, using ORACLE as its instrument. An organ can be reachable by ORACLE and still not be part of PANTHEON's intelligence if nothing above ORACLE consults it. CORRECTION 2 ORACLE IS ON PORT 9402, NOT 9500 ORACLE http://100.77.114.40:9402/oracle/organs megamind-agi WSL 9500 mmk, the binary certification kernel, on BUBBLES Part III, Part V line 1023 and Appendix A all imply 9500 reaches ORACLE. Probing 9500 for the orchestrator lands on a different organ on a different machine. That one wrong port is a large part of why prior work drifted to Bubbles. Section 13.7 records the rest of the reasons. CORRECTION 3 256 BIT AND 512 BIT SIGNATURES ARE INTERCHANGEABLE Part XII said the M4 wiki shards are "NOT interchangeable" with the Bubbles corpora. Wrong, and it framed a compute cost as a wall. The shards carry their own source text: passages.txt, 31.07 GB across four shards, plus all374_passages.txt at 29 GB. mmbsig encodes text to 512 bit signatures, so: passages.txt -> mmbsig ingest -> 512 bit .bsig + .blob + .idx Nothing is lost, because the source is present. Three routes: a. RE-ENCODE from passages.txt through mmbsig. Exact. b. PROJECT 256 -> 512 by concatenating the signature with a fixed permutation of itself. Preserves relative Hamming order within the corpus. Cheap, approximate, adequate for routing. c. DUAL WIDTH. Serve the 256 bit shards as their own organ and normalise to similarity_permille before comparing, which /recall already returns. Route (a) is correct and is bounded by encode throughput, nothing else. A FOURTH CORRECTION FOLLOWS FROM 13.4: Part IV and Part VIII both call M4 mm-gateway "the only floating point component in the whole federation". False. Nothing below was executed. 1. REGISTER arxiv :9521. One call. Three million records become routable. Write caps in question vocabulary, see Part XI issue 4. 2. TEST WHETHER megamind-gateway ON M4 CAN READ THE WIKI SHARDS. It already runs on the machine that owns them. If yes, 374 million records join through a registration. If no, re-encode per 13.1 correction 3. 3. POINT brain_new AT A LIVE BROKER, or stand up NATS on M4. 4. REGISTER THE SECOND VOICE, pantheon-mlx on VALKYRIE :8081. PANTHEON has a single point of failure at M4 :8090 and a spare already running. 5. DECIDE ON THE M2 AI TIER. Needs one `brew install pgvector` before brain_atomic can even be read, so the decision can rest on evidence. 6. HARVEST THE 23.1 MB SEFERIM ON THE M2, not the 6.7 MB on Bubbles. 7. MERGE maddie_recovered.db. It exists twice and in no live system. 8. GET THE M2 INTO THE REGISTRY AT ALL. 9. ACCOUNT FOR batman AND ionos-mediamind. 10. MOVE THE REGISTRY OFF COMPILED-IN LISTS. Part XI issue 1 already records that ORACLE contracts, mmbroad's fan out and mmorch's knowledge list are three separate hardcoded arrays. Every item above lands in them by hand. Until registration alone suffices, this gap regrows on every new build. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 13.9 WHY THIS KEPT DRIFTING TO BUBBLES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. ORACLE was documented on 9500. 9500 is mmk, on Bubbles. Probing the documented port for the orchestrator reaches Bubbles every time. 2. Bubbles answers over plain ssh with no WSL hop, so it is the cheapest machine to interrogate. Convenience, not architecture. 3. 26 of 51 registry entries are Bubbles, so a registry-first reading looks Bubbles-shaped. 4. The corpora with the biggest counts that are ACTUALLY SERVED are on Bubbles, so "where is the knowledge" resolved to Bubbles even though the largest corpus in the federation is on M4 and unserved. THE RULE THAT FOLLOWS Start every federation question at ORACLE, 100.77.114.40:9402, on megamind-agi. Enumerate devices with tailscale status, never from memory. Then go to the machine that owns the answer. ================================================================================ PART XIV APPENDICES ================================================================================ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- APPENDIX A FULL REGISTRY DUMP, ALL 51 ORGANS WITH COMPLETE CAPS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dumped verbatim from ORACLE /oracle/organs on 2026-07-28. A new organ MUST be registered with ORACLE, with caps written in the vocabulary of real questions, or it will never be routed to. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- APPENDIX E CHANGE LOG -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2026-07-28 This document created from live recon of all four devices. 2026-07-28 mm-estate organ built on Bubbles :9525 serving knowledge.bsig. Registered with ORACLE. Registry 50 -> 51 organs. 2026-07-28 mmdoc document ingestion tool added to /home/user/mmk. pdf with OCR fallback, images, rtf. tesseract 5.5.0 installed. 2026-07-28 Desktop knowledge taught. knowledge.bsig 157,152 records, live.bsig 93,418 records. 2026-07-28 This documentation set itself ingested into the estate corpus, so PANTHEON can answer questions about its own architecture. 2026-07-28 RECORDED: ORACLE /oracle/execute cannot auto call dynamically registered organs. Three independent hardcoded organ lists found. 2026-07-28 RECORDED: megamind-m4 :9440 and world-brain :8099 dead but registered. curator.sh PHASE A writes to a dead target. 2026-07-28 DATABASE CENSUS across all four devices. 3 PostgreSQL clusters, 19 databases, 418 sqlite files, 6 served bsig corpora, 4 BadgerDB stores. ~725 million stored records, ~30 percent reachable. Added as PART XII. Standalone file 13-DATABASE-CENSUS.txt. 2026-07-28 RECORDED: /Volumes/MEGAMIND/wiki holds 374,557,813 records in four 256 bit shards, 184 GB, and nothing serves it. Its consumer was megamind-m4 :9440, which is dead. 2026-07-28 RECORDED: MADDIE database corrupted. 3.6 GB original, 263 MB recovered, never merged back. The working maddie.db has fewer rows in every table than the recovered file. 2026-07-28 RECORDED: M4 PostgreSQL data directory, including the live ATLAS agency_brain database, sits on removable volume /Volumes/MEGAMIND, which also holds the only off-device backup of Bubbles. 2026-07-28 CORRECTION: the first federation scan used find -xdev and missed /Volumes/MEGAMIND entirely, a 5.5 TB volume with 1.6 TB of data. Any future scan must enumerate mount points before walking. 2026-07-29 FEDERATION-WIDE RESCAN. All seven tailnet devices plus Google Cloud, iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive. Added as PART XIII and as file 14-ORCHESTRATION-GAP.txt. 2026-07-29 CORRECTION: ORACLE is at megamind-agi 9402, NOT 9500. 9500 is mmk on Bubbles. This wrong port drove repeated drift to Bubbles. 2026-07-29 CORRECTION: PANTHEON is the intelligence ABOVE ORACLE. This document had described ORACLE as the top of the stack. 2026-07-29 CORRECTION: 256 bit and 512 bit signatures ARE interchangeable. passages.txt sits beside the M4 shards; re-encoding through mmbsig is a compute cost, not a barrier. PART XII said otherwise. 2026-07-29 CORRECTION: M4 mm-gateway is NOT the only floating point component. VALKYRIE runs a second MLX Qwen server on :8081, unregistered. 2026-07-29 RECORDED: the M2, 100.114.72.120, the machine this work is done from, had never been scanned. Four database engines, six AI databases, 6.4 GB of PostgreSQL, MySQL "ai", MongoDB running. Zero presence in the ORACLE registry. 2026-07-29 RECORDED: arxiv :9521 on Bubbles, 3,029,394 records, LIVE and UNREGISTERED. Also mmreason :9520, mode "shadow". 2026-07-29 RECORDED: 21 live AI or data services sit outside the registry. SIX database technologies, not four. SEVEN PostgreSQL clusters, not three. 2026-07-29 RECORDED: batman and ionos-mediamind, two federation nodes, dark 41 and 64 days, in no document. 2026-07-29 RECORDED: Google Cloud holds NO databases; the APIs have never been enabled in any of the six projects. None were enabled during scan. WHEN YOU CHANGE SOMETHING, ADD A LINE HERE AND UPDATE THE RELEVANT PART. IF A NUMBER HERE DISAGREES WITH A LIVE PROBE, THE PROBE WINS AND THIS FILE IS WRONG. SAY SO AND FIX IT. ================================================================================ END OF DOCUMENT ================================================================================
