# Seferim and priority AI build deep scan — v2 Read `reports/DEEP_SCAN_REPORT.md` first. This is a branch-aware audit with actual isolated test results, not a full backup of the six repositories. The most important discoveries are the 25-commit-ahead complete-core improvement branch, the Seferim serializer's 80,000-to-14,464 record loss in a synthetic roundtrip, and the AI_Brain migration function that deactivates local agents without transfer. `reports/COVERAGE_AND_PENDING.md` states what is not finished. `manifests/BRANCHES.json` records all 24 observed branch heads. `manifests/FINDINGS.json` separates reproduced behavior from static findings. `manifests/local_verified_files.json` verifies the ten included original files. `checks/` contains test source and recorded output, with no compiled binaries in the ZIP. The earlier Go indexer undeclared-err claim is retracted: the exact original compiles. See correction C01. Optional local reproduction: run `bash checks/run_isolated_checks.sh` from an extracted copy with Python 3, Node supporting the default-module flag, Go and a C++20 g++ compiler installed. The script does not install dependencies, access production services, or open recovered databases. It writes build outputs to a new temporary directory. This is a targeted test harness, not application startup or full-system validation. Keep original Git repositories, state files and existing recovery archives unchanged. This ZIP is an evidence package, not a complete AI or source-history backup.
