What the variant adds
This variant adds communication between local and environmental tool processes and introduces a repair operator tied to environmental error. It changes the role of Rhiannon from a compact state composition to a proposed network of tools. An ANI label denotes a specialized component; a complete tool implementation is not supplied by the shorthand.
Relationship to the combined model
The raw notes later combine these seven forms into R* and an extended Rhiannon object. They are retained as distinguishable source variants because tensor composition, additive physics notation, routing choices and compression shorthand are not mathematically interchangeable.
