**Inquiry form.** When the inquiry service is connected, a submission is validated and sent as an email to the company mailbox; the website keeps no copy. Email providers and mailboxes retain messages under their own policies.
**Server logs.** The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, time, user agent) for security and capacity purposes.
