Read `AGENTS.md`, `README.md`, `docs/CLAUDE-DEPLOYMENT.md`, `docs/ACCEPTANCE.md`, `docs/DESKTOP-ACCEPTANCE.md`, `docs/DESKTOP-INTEGRATION.md`, and `docs/TRUTH-INTEGRATION.md` before changes. The entire website has been authored locally; preserve the completed implementation and fix evidenced integration issues. Do not restart it as Next.js or replace the supplied character system.
The SEO/AIO library at `private/standards/SEO-AIO-Library.txt` tells AI how to build this correctly. Apply its full current requirements; do not treat the presence of a checklist as compliance. Respect Joseph's explicit constraints: React, no Python, no PostgreSQL or lead DB, direct-email submissions, canonical organizational/personal truth node, GA4 and actual verification.
The remaining live bindings require actual BUBBLES inspection. This is the complete desktop-character v3 source. It preserves the original CRT art while adding 32 performances and its real demo conversation/form handoff. If continuing from an earlier website tree, run the guarded desktop upgrade dry run described in `docs/DESKTOP-INTEGRATION.md`; do not overwrite an edited tree wholesale. Unknown target edits require a reviewed merge. The offline MP4 proves character controller output, not browser interaction. Actual browser acceptance remains for the permitted deployment environment.
