# Seferim and Priority AI Builds ## Branch-aware deep scan • 2026-10-14 • v2 **Status: branch discovery completed for the six selected repositories; selected source checks completed; full repository/history/database coverage remains incomplete.** This report extends, rather than overwrites, the earlier main-branch inspection. It contains genuine native and JavaScript test results against selected Git-hash-verified original files. It must not be described as a complete scan of all repository files, all 24 branches, or the entire 61-repository account library. ## 1. Executive findings The most consequential recovery discovery is `complete-agi-core/claude/improve-math-logic-ehIW1` at `33aa84f2aa61cedbe010240ada7f4efbdfe795a7`. GitHub's comparison reports **25 commits ahead and zero behind** main. Its root contains `generator_core`, `mind_farm`, `orchestrator`, `proto`, `seferim` and `unified`. The former main-only description of this repository as chiefly shell orchestration/collection does not characterize this branch. The branch contains additional Go numerical-generator source, C++ mind-farm source, knowledge-graph code and persistence code. Their presence is confirmed; complete integration, build success and research claims are not. The highest-priority preservation defect reproduced here is the Seferim binary serializer: **80,000 synthetic active substrates became 14,464 after a nominally successful roundtrip**. It also truncates a 64-bit tick, omits metadata fields, and accepts a corrupted checksum. This does not establish that any of Joseph's historical files have already lost state. It establishes why that serializer must not be used to overwrite original recovered files. Positive controls are also present. The original Seferim JavaScript suite passes **42/42** checks; the original native G16 v2 unit executable passes; the original Go indexer compiles; and Rhiannon converges and reproduces identical results in a custom native test. These results are narrower than validation of full AI applications. ## 2. What was actually scanned | Repository | Branch heads found | Additional branches | |---|---:|---| | `seferim-core` | 1 | | | `seferim-agi-g16` | 2 | `copilot/update-code-libraries` | | `complete-agi-core` | 2 | `claude/improve-math-logic-ehIW1` | | `AI_Brain` | 15 | `claude/binary-helix-fibonacci-hive-011CUj7dx1WWJLVYcWCjBbYv`, `codex/build-online-github-ani`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-0etkns`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-7nmb21`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-7v4kug`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-hr4y0z`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-hrtsoc`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-i3cigl`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-irqa7y`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-jf5olo`, `codex/build-online-github-ani-nbgsix`, `copilot/convert-python-files-to-csharp`, `copilot/vscode1760283895982`, `feature/seeder-engine-tests` | | `ai-brain-core` | 3 | `claude/agi-architecture-diagram-01GJ7CohfKvLb77yiKpHqd6d`, `healer-core` | | `rhiannon` | 1 | | There are **24 branch heads**, not 24 independently functioning AI systems. All returned branch pages had fewer than their requested 100 results. This completes the connector-visible branch listing for these six repositories only. It does not enumerate every tag, deleted ref, pull-request ref, or repository outside this scope. Exact branch names and immutable commits are recorded in `manifests/BRANCHES.json` and `.csv`. **Local originals:** 10 files / 51,757 bytes match their recorded Git blob IDs and SHA-256 hashes. Additional connected source reads are separately identified in `SOURCE_COVERAGE.json`. A tree listing establishes paths, sizes and object identities, not source semantics or binary payload integrity. No full-repository file denominator has been established, so this report does not invent a percentage-complete figure. ## 3. Executed checks and limits | Check | Result | Scope limitation | |---|---|---| | Original `seferim-core/test/run.js` | 42 passed / 0 failed | Formula, shape and range checks; not task intelligence or the whole website | | Original `tests/test_g16_v2.cpp` | Passed | One native executable, seven assertions; not the legacy suite or full CMake build | | Go memory indexer | Compiled successfully | Not executed; no home-directory scan | | Rhiannon target convergence | RMSE 2.384185791015625e-7 | Audit-authored C++ harness; target 0.8, 20 × 50 updates | | Rhiannon same-input reproducibility | Error difference 0 | Same process/compiler/input setup; not every platform or workload | | Seferim binary roundtrip | Data-loss and checksum defects reproduced | Synthetic in-memory objects; no existing state files | | Seferim math edge cases | Multiple contract/integration issues reproduced | Exact original module with audit-authored probes | | Learner integration | Schema conflict and strict-mode increment reproduced | Reduced in-memory SQL and minimal Bash snippets, not full daemons | Tests were performed in this Linux x86-64 runtime, not Joseph's Mac or production federation. No agents, supervisors, recovered servers, live migration paths, training daemons, or external data collectors were launched. Compilers operated on selected source; no project dependency installation or live database restoration was performed. The archive excludes compiled executables. The provided rerun script verifies originals first and writes build outputs to a new temporary directory. ## 4. Newer `complete-agi-core` architecture ### Go generator system The tree includes `generator_core/cmd/main.go`, generator registration, consciousness functions, DNA dynamics, attention and families such as autoregressive, diffusion, adversarial, energy, flow, mixture, recurrent, state-space, transformer and variational. An executable-named Git object, `generator_core/ai_generator`, is listed at **2,798,275 bytes**. Its bytes, target architecture and runtime behavior were not verified. The inspected AGC source registers generator families and aggregates numerical outputs using task-dependent weights. This is more implementation than the older scalar updater. However, the inspected transformer `Train` returns loss without parameter updates; constructor labels/flags do not establish implementations equivalent to the named GPT/BERT/ViT/RWKV architectures. Configuration and confidence bookkeeping also need repair. Do not interpret generator IDs as a collection of recovered pretrained models. ### C++ mind farm The branch has source/header groups for DNA dynamics and helix, gradients, learning, Gate5000, neural layers, ingestion, compact/SIMD substrate, tool construction, system coordination and persistence. It also has test source and simulation-output files. Most of these entries were inventoried, not fully read or built. The persistence header was read through its end. It implements SQLite schema creation, parameter-bound insertion/retrieval for consciousness history, knowledge nodes/edges and metrics. It declares additional learning-state/optimizer, review and agent tables, but that header does not implement their complete repository/restore paths. Its embedding-BLOB reader needs length validation. Existing simulation logs are historical artifacts, not benchmarks reproduced in this audit. ### Seferim graph and learner `seferim/knowledge_graph.go` implements typed graph edges, node storage with embeddings, BFS queries, cosine ranking, domain-based selection heuristics and spaced-review scheduling. `active_learner.sh` adds UCB-like ranking and a review loop. These are useful original components. The graph restart cache omits embeddings, database updates leave cached fields stale, and the Bash and Go review tables use incompatible schemas when sharing a database. Random review grades and arithmetic uncertainty updates are not tests of recall. Tracked `seferim/memory.db`, its rollback journal, federation databases, learned JSON and agent state files remain recovery targets. The database bytes have not been read, counted or integrity-checked here. Preserve matching sidecars and commits before any application opens them. ## 5. Seferim numerical modules ### JavaScript reference implementation The original source contains MetaState, DNA memory, Gate5000, an 88-agent numerical model, a 374-value generated field, a 16-strand lattice and a local numerical federation model. All 42 supplied tests pass. Additional probes show that W does not influence lattice trajectories; the field is input-independent; synchrony is fixed by immutable phases; queryNorm can exceed 1; and malformed dimensions propagate NaN. The fixed-size signature/query mechanism is not a recovered lossless document store or calibrated confidence estimator. ### Native G16 v2 controller and binary state The native original basic test passes. Under the tested zero-state configuration, the semantic golden spiral only drives Psi coordinates 0 and 8. This says nothing by itself about all substrate arrays, but it means the 16-coordinate controller does not explore all dimensions through that default direction. At stability=1, new input is suppressed and zero Psi remains zero even while a derived global phi is near 1. The binary format cannot encode 80,000 records with its uint16 count, does not preserve all state metadata, and does not validate its checksum. A safe restoration needs a new versioned format or an explicit decoder/validation migration operating on copies. No serialization fix or file rewrite was performed. ### Original Go indexer: correction **The earlier claim that `err` was undeclared was incorrect and is retracted.** The file declares `fo, err := os.Create(*out)` before assigning to `err` for WalkDir. Its exact original source compiles with Go 1.23.2. The indexer still defaults to the home directory, overwrites its output, and leaves its G16 family tag as a placeholder; those are separate issues. Earlier reports were left unchanged; this dated correction supersedes that specific claim. ## 6. Other native and infrastructure builds ### `AI_Brain` The full inspected C API exposes agent creation/getters, ingestion, numeric calculations and telemetry. Its 28-byte compression vector is not a complete agent checkpoint. Its peer-merge function does not merge state; its migration function deactivates local agents without peer transfer. These paths should not be used in restoration. Fourteen non-main branches were identified but were not all traversed or compared; their code could change the architecture assessment further. ### `ai-brain-core` The architecture branch adds a C++ HTTP frontend server and preserves the earlier backup/database trees in its root listing. The server has unbounded request-line scanning and binds all interfaces despite printing localhost; it was not run. The `healer-core` branch and embedded Git-object backup still need complete object-level inspection. Older process supervisors should never be run against evidence copies because their healing/startup behavior mutates files and launches processes. ### `rhiannon` The exact optimizer and interface source compiled and passed custom convergence/reproducibility controls. The epsilon setting is unused, zero dimensions produce NaN, and acceleration/optional integrations remain separate from the verified CPU arithmetic. The full GoogleTest/CMake/optional WebSocket/MIDI build was not executed. ## 7. Findings register Severity labels prioritize restoration work; they are not CVSS scores or scientific validity ratings. `reproduced` means the specific described local test was executed. `static_source` means a code-path finding without running that application. Minimal reproductions are explicitly distinguished from execution of entire original programs. ### F01 — 80,000-substrate archive restores only 14,464 **P0 preservation · reproduced_native** The serializer uses uint16_t active_count. A synthetic 16x5000 state wraps its count to 14,464. Deserialization returns true and restores only that count. This is a controlled roundtrip, not evidence that a user database has already lost data. Source: `Janady13/seferim-agi-g16` at `393af96a270295f79582b2b2a77bb49dd1a9a990`, `include/seferim_binary.h`. These fields include counters; this is not a claim that model-weight payloads were present and destroyed. The field is written but not validated by the inspected reader. Source: `Janady13/seferim-agi-g16` at `393af96a270295f79582b2b2a77bb49dd1a9a990`, `include/seferim_binary.h`. Truncated-payload memory safety was not dynamically tested. Quantized fields and host-layout encoding are not lossless/portable full-state preservation. Do not invoke this path during recovery. No live agents were migrated or deactivated by the audit. This C API does not establish a functioning distributed state restoration protocol. Source: `Janady13/AI_Brain` at `d6c309d3fa439714ca46b9d3bb94caf478ea5376`, `the_tired_agi/core/src/dna_api.cpp`. Disabling the spiral activates all 16. The spiral begins from e0 and uses input magnitude rather than its complete direction. This is the controller Psi, not every substrate or family in the entire application. Source: `Janady13/seferim-agi-g16` at `393af96a270295f79582b2b2a77bb49dd1a9a990`, `include/g16_v2_core.h`. The probe still reports phi.global approximately 0.9999900001. High displayed phi therefore does not, by itself, establish input processing in this configuration. W is accumulated but not read by step to evolve state. Source: `Janady13/seferim-core` at `1f05cd5640edf0a5fe93dc276a12a48db84fc702`, `src/seferim-core.js`. NeuralBrain synchrony had one unique value across 1000 steps because its fixed km phases are never updated by step. This systematic collision comes from charCodeAt(i)&0xff, not merely the generic possibility of a 32-bit collision. Its learned weights saturate at 1. This demonstrates growth under sustained forcing, not a proof of failure under all workloads. This is not native execution of legacy g16_core.cpp, and is distinct from the tested v2 headers. Preserve algorithms and versions separately. FindSimilar searches only cached nodes with nonempty embeddings; GetNode returns cached entries before querying the database. Existing stored embeddings can become unavailable to similarity search after restart until cache repopulation. The underlying BLOBs are not shown deleted. Confidence reinforcement/decay modifies SQL rows without updating cached node confidence. avgConfidence is computed during cache loading but not maintained by these update paths. Reduced in-memory SQL reproductions fail in both initialization orders: no such column repetition, or repetition_number. These tests do not open the historical database files. A minimal fresh Bash reproduction exits 1 before the following save marker. Exact effects depend on the calling conditional context; no full daemon was executed. An apostrophe can break a query; untrusted SQL content presents a security risk. No adversarial payload or live endpoint was tested. Exploration retrieves a random Wikipedia title rather than the chosen topical article body; uncertainty reduction is an arithmetic update without new evidence; reinforcement uses random quality 3–5. These are not empirical tests of learned recall. Source: `Janady13/complete-agi-core` at `33aa84f2aa61cedbe010240ada7f4efbdfe795a7`, `seferim/active_learner.sh`. A separate UpdateWeights method accepts caller-supplied gradients. The routine alone does not implement training of the QKV/FFN parameters. Constructors set flags such as causal, bidirectional or shifted_window, but the inspected Forward/attention path does not consume those flags. FFN weights use an index-based pattern. These named variants are not established equivalents of trained GPT/BERT/ViT/RWKV systems. Its active-generator list includes repeated IDs across integration steps. If no generator output is accepted, confidence divides by zero. The registry and weighted numeric aggregation are implemented; its counts are not evidence of 100 separately trained models. Positive controls did converge to target .8 (RMSE 2.384185791015625e-7) and produced identical results for identical inputs. Custom harness, not the full GoogleTest executable. Do not expose this server in a restoration. Source reviewed only; no server or exploit was run. Source: `Janady13/ai-brain-core` at `365850e27004318edd582881225024026b118c2d`, `httpd.cpp`. A positive length not divisible by sizeof(float) can overrun the allocated buffer. Nullable text fields are also assigned without null checks. Static finding; no malformed real database was loaded. Declaring those other tables does not establish working optimizer/checkpoint restoration. Other integration files remain unaudited. The exact hash-verified original compiled successfully using Go 1.23.2 with network module retrieval disabled. Indexer was not executed. Preservation and continuation order First preserve the complete-core main and improvement branch as separate immutable histories; the additional branch raises this repository's engineering priority. Preserve Seferim state files with their matching journals/sidecars, but do not roundtrip them through the defective serializer. Preserve the embedded Git backup separately. Then validate and repair only working copies: versioned binary-format boundaries/checksums and complete state fields; real peer transfer/acknowledgment before local deactivation; database schema/version coordination and restart cache loading; model-gradient wiring and test contracts; and finally the whole application builds and cross-language trajectory comparisons. No source was silently repaired in this scan. The next exhaustive stage is explicit: traverse every branch tree without truncation, retrieve every unique source/data object under authorization, compare every branch to its baseline, inspect relevant tags/releases/LFS/history, verify database payloads on isolated consistent copies, and run isolated complete builds with dependency provenance. Those tasks are recorded as pending rather than implied complete. ## 9. Additional connected reads are documented but are not presented as byte-identical exported source files. SHA-256 checksums in `CHECKSUMS.sha256` cover the deliverable package; Git blob hashes preserve original-file provenance. ## 10. Coverage gaps and negative results Full branch-content traversal, every commit/diff, binary database/WAL/journal integrity, release artifacts, LFS data, and full repository builds remain unverified. No original native MEGAMIND runtime equivalence has been established, and no model weights were validated. A name, branch, large file, counter, successful arithmetic test or database filename is not proof of that equivalence. Public clone attempts from the working runtime failed DNS. The connected GitHub reader remained available for authenticated selected text inspection, but no complete authenticated repository/binary export was established into this runtime. This limitation is not evidence that the files are missing from GitHub or inaccessible on Joseph's Mac. The user-supplied Netlify ZIP, existing manifests, prior inspection files, GitHub repositories and production systems were not altered. This report is a derivative audit and a preservation guide, not a backup of all recovered projects and not an automatic repair plan.
