# Research evidence — recovery notes, not a new empirical validation
Sources: S09 combined report; S10/S11 January 2026 specifications. Original source bytes for these three files were not copied into this bundle; canonical IDs and references are in the source register.
## Combined report inventory
The report describes97 source uploads:95 loose files and2 ZIPs. Expanding ZIPs yields185 file occurrences,82 distinct contents and103 redundant occurrences;82 includes16 manuscript page images. A17-page manuscript, editable LaTeX, bibliography/build files, five shell scripts, six unique JSON core snapshots and one3,824-byte binary state are described. Those counts are the prior report’s results, not a fresh count of primary artifacts today.
The shell `pantheon-daemon.sh` names17 agents: Zeus,Hera,Athena,Apollo,Artemis,Hermes,Hestia,Mnemosyne,Aurora,Selene,Iris,Epona,Euterpe,Rhiannon,Derekh,Lashon,Yad. The coordinator’s fixed 58 count, mesh 34 count and manuscript diagram 17+16+24 are different counting schemes. The report says a canonical deployment roster is missing.
## Measurement distinctions
Cycle export:8,801 rows; tick counter25,787,350 through 158,302,500; mean consciousness_phi0.9319155768 and sampleSD0.0307571133. Timestamp export:146,224 rows; printed January 6–12,2026 dates, unspecified timezone;140,357 distinct timestamp-plus-tick keys. It describes3,071 duplicate rows and2,796 partial rows matching fuller counterparts. The manuscript denominator141,352 is not recovered by those comparisons.
The2,000-row jump extract is contained in the timestamp stream, not an independent trial. Recomputed values reported: before mean0.249929015; after0.911546609; difference0.661617594; Welch t348.7896700; pooled-SD Cohen d15.5983482 rather than22.06. Preserve raw rows; statistical independence and measurement meaning require additional evidence.
## Integrity and missing source
The report describes original manifest mismatches,35 single-value JSON files,1 JSONL file,3 malformed JSON files and1 empty JSON file. It states that core `thataiguy_cli` source/build/decoder, original databases/export scripts, measurement definitions, mesh/G16 implementation, complete knowledge stores and WAV/SVG outputs were not present in its reviewed collection. Its combined archive names `inventory/source_manifest.csv`, `inventory/upload_and_archive_map.csv` and `tools/verify_bundle.py`; these are recovery leads, not files silently assumed to be included here.
## Technical specifications
S10/S11 explicitly distinguish golden-ratio phi and the aggregate `phi_global=tanh(sum(states)/256)` from formal IIT Phi. They describe88 neural agents,16x16 lattice,17 G16 nodes,44 bonds,5000 binary gates,516 reported total equations and374 consciousness equations(174+200). The documents report a five-macro-unit PyPhi analysis: mean0.006157bits and maximum0.009143bits; those values were not independently reproduced in this session. S11 says the TPM was estimated from1000 timesteps with12/32 states observed. Inputs, code, environment, coarse-graining and unobserved-state handling must be recovered before validating the result.
Do not treat high scalar values, a nonzero proxy or a reported PyPhi result as an automatic scientific consciousness/human-equivalence certification. Do not erase the research proposal; reconnect exact equations, implementation and measurements. The source’s0.013618 phase increment attribution to1/phi^3 also needs reconciliation against the original intent rather than silent correction.
