I redacted the copy in mm-loom.service. I did NOT edit loom.cpp, because
the request says explicitly not to clean the source before sending, and
silently editing it would hide exactly the kind of dependency you asked to

Options: (a) ship as-is, accepting a read-only localhost credential in the
archive; (b) rotate the livingworld_ro role first, then ship; (c) let me
redact the literal in the shipped copy and add a note in the file. I did
not choose for you. Default if you say nothing: I will do (c).
2. [ACTION] Full SHA-256 of the checkpoint, before any verification claim:

highest-value next step and it is a download, not a build.
4. [BLOCKED] Fixtures (section 9) wait on item 3. The raw-input halves of the
FP8 fixtures can be frozen today — say the word and I will extract them for
all six requested sites including the layer 31 expert 92 shard-crossing case.
5. [DECISION] Sanitized memory samples (section 7). Tell me which `source`
values in the knowledge table are safe to publish and I will extract
samples with that filter. The corpus includes an "mm-estate" organ scoped
to business and client material, so I did not sample blind.
6. [RECOMMENDED] `git init` in /opt/mm and commit the current state. There is
no version control on a 2 MB source tree that runs 61 live services, and
history is currently ~90 hand-copied .bak files.
7. [GAP] cell_server.py does not exist anywhere; cell_client.py has no server.
If the distributed dataflow matters for R1, that half must be rebuilt.
8. [SCOPE CORRECTION] Any plan written against the Go file list in section 4
needs revising before work starts. There is no Go, no container, no
dependency manifest, and no MCP. See findings 1, 2 and 3 in the summary.
