missionMATCH
A cleared workforce intelligence platform for federal contractors. Multi tenant, isolated per customer, and built toward the security expectations of the federal space.
What it is
missionMATCH is a platform I architected and built to help federal contractors work with cleared talent. It handles sensitive workforce data for multiple organizations at once, which makes isolation and governance the hard part, and the important part.
What it does
It brings structure to a messy, high stakes matching problem, and it does so while keeping each customer's data walled off from every other customer's. The people using it are real, and the data it holds is the kind that cannot leak between tenants.
What it proves
Isolation and governance are things I do
Per tenant isolation
Each organization's data is routed and held separately, so one customer can never see another. This is a discipline, built in, not bolted on.
Federal expectations
Designed for a space where security is not optional. The controls a federation needs are the controls I already build.
Real, multi tenant
Not a demo. A live platform serving separate organizations from one carefully partitioned system.
Directly relevant
A private federation is the same problem framed differently. Keep sensitive data separate, governed, and inside the walls.
Why it matters for your federation
If I can keep multiple federal contractors' cleared workforce data isolated inside one platform, keeping your data inside your own walls, on your own hardware, is the same muscle. Data separation, access control, and building for environments that answer to regulators are not new ground for me. They are the ground I work on.
Begin
Have data that cannot leak?
That is exactly what a private federation is for. Start with an assessment and I will tell you what it takes.
