Why I do this
I have spent years building things that run on hardware I own. Somewhere along the way, the rest of the world decided to rent its intelligence from a handful of clouds, meter it by the token, and ship its most sensitive data off to be read by models it cannot audit. That never sat right with me, and it does not have to be that way.
That AI Guy exists to give organizations the other option. Own your intelligence. Keep your data inside your walls. Pay once for an asset instead of forever for access. I can offer that honestly because it is how I have always worked.
The background
I hold a bachelor of arts in computer engineering and a master of arts in cybersecurity, and I served. My U.S. Army service shapes how I approach defense and cleared work where owning your AI matters most. My work runs across distributed systems, retrieval, and the architecture where AI and real infrastructure meet.
