Who runs this site

This site is operated by That AI Guy, a trade name of ThatDeveloperGuy. It is hand built and self hosted on infrastructure the operator controls. You can reach us any time at admin@thatdeveloperguy.com.

What is collected

Two things, and no more than needed.

• Server logs. Like any web server, ours records basic technical details of each request, such as the internet address it came from, the browser type, the time, and the page requested. This is used to keep the site secure, running, and fast.
• What you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, your organization, and your message. The contact form composes an email from your own mail app, so you always see exactly what is being sent.

How it is used

Server logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding load. What you send us is used only to reply to you and to discuss working together. That is the whole purpose.

What is not done

• Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
• No third party advertising or behavioral tracking is loaded on this site.
• No tracking cookies are set. The site works without following you around.

Third parties

The site loads a small number of open source code libraries to power its interface. Where those are served from a public code network, that provider may see the technical request details described above. Everything else stays on the operator's own infrastructure.

How long it is kept

Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and operations, then rotated out. Messages you send are kept as long as needed for our correspondence, and you can ask to have yours removed.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it, by writing to admin@thatdeveloperguy.com. This site is not directed at children.
