01 / INTELLIGENCE ON YOUR TERMS
Your knowledge.
Your boundaries.
An AI system should fit the information it handles, the people who use it, and the boundaries your organization needs to keep.
Start with the information, not the model.
We begin by mapping what the system must do, what it may access, and what it must never expose. Then we decide whether a local, hosted, or hybrid approach fits the work. “Private” is a set of architectural decisions, not a sticker on an interface.
A system, not another disconnected tool.
The scope may include a controlled document collection, retrieval, an assistant interface, permission boundaries, human review, and operating documentation. A federation across multiple devices is considered only when it solves a real capacity or resilience need.
WHAT A SCOPED PROJECT CAN INCLUDE
Clarity, implementation, and a way to check it.
- A data-flow and access-boundary map
- A scoped implementation and integration plan
- An evaluation set built from your actual questions
- Deployment, monitoring, and handover documentation
A good fit.
Teams with internal knowledge, defined access requirements, and a recurring task worth improving.
A few useful questions.
Do we need our own servers?+
Not necessarily. The deployment choice follows your constraints and workload. An assessment compares local, hosted, and hybrid options before committing to infrastructure.
Can it use our existing documents?+
That is a common starting point. File quality, permissions, update frequency, and retrieval accuracy need to be checked first.
Is this an off-the-shelf AGI product?+
No. Commercial work is scoped around specific tasks and measurable acceptance tests. Independent research is presented separately.
THE NEXT CHAPTER
Let’s talk about your situation.
Tell us what the system needs to do, what is getting in the way, and what a useful result would look like.
