International SEO is its own discipline
Most multilingual sites get hreflang wrong. The usual result is duplicate content treatment, the wrong language served to the wrong country, and rankings split thin across language variants instead of consolidated on the right page. Tier 12 deploys hreflang correctly and tunes country and language targeting inside Search Console, so each market sees the page meant for it.

Tier 12 requires Tier 1 Foundation already in place. It fits federations that operate across multiple countries or serve audiences in more than one language. A domestic, single language business does not need Tier 12.

Tier 12 questions
Subfolder, subdomain, or ccTLD?
Subfolder is usually best for SEO inheritance. Subdomain is acceptable. A ccTLD is the strongest country signal but the weakest SEO inheritance. We choose at intake.
Do you do translation?
No. We integrate with translation services, DeepL, Smartling, and professional translators among them, but we do not perform translation work ourselves.
What about right to left languages like Arabic or Hebrew?
Yes. We support right to left languages with proper CSS direction handling and right to left aware design.
