Local Living Realty NWA is a brokerage based in Huntsville, Arkansas serving buyers and sellers across the Ozark region. We built the brokerage site as a hand coded Next.js property with the broker brand voice, full schema, listing schema for individual properties, and a charcoal and turquoise palette. The site is the front door for the broker plus her team across the region. Future iterations layer AI lead routing and neighborhood guide RAG on top.

Do you integrate with my MLS feed?
Yes. We work with RETS and RESO Web API feeds. Some boards charge for API access; that fee is the brokerage responsibility.
Can the AI assistant give legal advice on a contract?
No. The AI explains terminology and points to your purchase agreement. Legal advice comes from your real estate attorney. The AI is built to defer.
Will the listings show up in Google rich results?
Yes when the listing schema is correctly emitted on each property page. We ship that schema by default plus image sitemap.
Does the AI auto reply break Fair Housing law?
Auto reply is templated, neutral, and asks the buyer for criteria. It does not steer based on protected class. We build with Fair Housing constraints baked in.
What about IDX compliance?
The site honors your local board IDX rules including required attribution and prohibited modifications. Compliance is reviewed at deploy.
