Use case
AI for insurance agencies and brokers, self hosted
Quote intake and routing, policy document retrieval, a compliance aware content workflow, and an agent front end, built for a multi state agency working across many carrier and broker relationships. The reasoning runs on hardware the agency owns, so policy data is never shipped to an outside model to be read.
Quotes need to be fast. Compliance needs to be tight
A faster quote wins more business. A compliant quote avoids an errors and omissions claim. Both are solvable with the right workflow, and both get harder the more carriers and products an agency carries.
Agencies run into the same four bottlenecks. Lead routing across carrier and product, where the best fit might be one carrier for liability and another for property, and the routing logic lives in someone's head instead of a system. Policy document questions, where a service rep gets asked about a two hundred page policy and has to read through it to find the answer. Compliance content that lags a state regulator's update, so the site is wrong for weeks before anyone notices. And agent dashboards that require five separate logins to see one book of business.
What it does
Five capabilities that sit alongside Applied, Vertafore, EZLynx, or HawkSoft
Quote intake plus router
A lead intake form gathers the minimum data needed, and routing logic sends it to the right agent for the right product within a minute, not a day.
Policy document retrieval
The service team queries the entire policy library and state filings in plain language and gets cited answers in seconds, from a private store rather than a public search engine.
Compliance content monitor
State Department of Insurance rule updates get watched, and site content is flagged for review the moment a source changes, keeping a human in the loop for every edit.
Agent front end
A faster, simpler view on top of your existing agency management system, so agents see book of business and action items on one screen instead of five.
Customer chatbot for the site
Coverage explainers, certificate requests, claim status, and payment portal links, cited from carrier and policy data rather than guessed at.
Real work, already shipped
WeCoverUSA is a multi state insurance operation working with dozens of dealer and broker partners across the country. We built the infrastructure that supports that partner network, including the site, lead routing, and partner facing pages, plus the search visibility work that helps the operation get found for the specific coverage searches its partners run.
A multi state, multi partner operation is exactly the kind of structure a federation is built for: many pieces cooperating under one roof, each governed separately, none of it dependent on a single rented platform staying available on its current terms.
Insurance FAQ
Buyer questions, insurance specific
Will the AI quote a policy?
The system gathers intake and routes it to the right agent for the right product. Quoting and binding stay with the agent. The federation is built so it never commits a quote on its own.
What about state Department of Insurance compliance?
Site disclosures, license display, and state specific content are reviewed against your Department of Insurance requirements at deploy, and a content monitor flags anything that needs an update when a source changes.
Can the policy retrieval system see personal information?
For carrier and policy document indexing we recommend redacting personal information before it enters the private store. Policy text gets indexed. Names, Social Security numbers, and account numbers do not.
Does the chatbot create errors and omissions exposure?
The chatbot is constrained to operational questions and points to the agent for coverage advice. Scoped that way it tends to reduce exposure rather than add to it, but your own errors and omissions carrier should review any deployment.
What about FTC and state marketing rules?
Site copy follows FTC marketing rules and state Department of Insurance advertising rules. Endorsements, testimonials, and outcome claims are reviewed against those rules before anything publishes.
